In 1900, Louisa was only 11 years old attending school. She lived at 50 Railroad Avenue in Bayonne with her parents and six siblings.

Eva's 4 year old daughter was living with the family also. Jacob's brother, Guss was living with the family and worked at the oil yard; most likely Standard Oil.
